Contact the Manufacturer
You should contact the vehicle’s manufacturer to find out if they can have the problem fixed under warranty. Make sure that you are still under warranty and that you purchased your vehicle for household or personal use during the warranty period.
Contact the Dealership
The next thing you will need to do is to contact the dealership. The dealership should be able to fix your car under the Oregon Lemon Law. You are well within your right to take the situation to the next level if they are unable to make the necessary repairs in several attempts, or your vehicle has been out of commission for 30 days or more.
