If required, the nurse will maintain a patient chart that documents those readings. The detail will also include any manual checks like blood pressure or temperature readings.
Providing Companionship
Having a travel RN along also ensures that you have someone to converse with during the trip. For patients who are not traveling with family members, it’s nice to have someone who will chat with you when you like and also settle in close by if you feel the need for a nap.
